废话不多说，切入正题。说句心里话，我个人认为（只是个人认为，或许是我见识短浅浅陋无知）中国现在的篮球教育大环境不成熟，不知道别的城市怎么样，但在上海，搞过一些活动的，比如那个什么安利纽崔莱的少年NBA挑战赛，有年龄限制的，好像是10岁以下才能参加，我那个恨阿！参加的孩子，大多不怎么会打球的，只是当游乐场一样玩一圈，这样怎么选拔开发的出好的篮球人才？球迷见面会也是，参加活动的孩子都是内部指定的，更多的是广告和商业噱头，给我们这些真正的篮球爱好者什么实际帮助？难道见到科比本人之后我的球技就能突飞猛进了吗？怎么可能？！美国街头随处可见篮球场，而中国呢？相信大多数人都有过有球没场或是有场没球的尴尬遭遇吧。
不过话说回来，真的要向篮球事业发展是可以的，以我个人对情况的认识（我承认我不专业，也不是专家），去体校，或者进到篮球校队很强的高中（楼主14岁嘛，快考高中了吧，。），成为校队的一员，都能很有效的提高球技，。但这毕竟不是专业训练。眼光远一点，如果成了校队主力，参加高中篮球赛或大学篮球赛表现抢眼的话，可能会被星探相中，也有了和梦想接轨的机会！
